I took my Tahoe in 15 mins earlier it only took about an half hour for oil change tire rotation payed the bill then I went about my business.

My appointment went very fast. They’re very nice people very clean place. Don’t have to wait long very nice considerate people.

I was looking to upgrade my '22 Colorado and Fairfield had a '26 Trail Boss in transit. Sales staff, sales manager and office personnel were very helpful and made the purchase so easy. Very professional and easy going. And by the way, the Colorado is awesome! Frank Dombroski

The guys at the counter are not very helpful and full or attitude, was told I could text a number for updates - never got any responses. Please don't act like I am an annoyance for being there that's what pays your bills

Michael was fabulous. He was very responsive to my inquiries and immediately acted on my requests. I had two vehicles I was interested in, one which was at the Montgomery location. He took time out of his schedule and drove me to the location so that I could look at it. He made an appointment for the following morning so my husband could look at it. When we decided to purchase it, arrangements were made to apply the cilajet that day so we would not have to be inconvenienced with coming back. A few days after the purchase he checked in to see how we liked the vehicle and if we needed anything additional.

Found a truck with the features I had asked for and when I was concerned with the painted bumper chipping they agreed to have it plastic covered I did think I should have gotten more for my trade

My first time at this dealership and wow! The staff are so awesome, I've been car shopping and went to 6 other dealerships prior to coming to Fairfield Chevrolet. I had very poor experiences at the other dealerships. I felt like they were taking advantage of me. However, at Fairfield Chevrolet I felt welcomed. I felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Michael really wowed me with his professionalism, knowledge of the vehicles, his kindness and attention to detail. Michael was very thorough and explained the entire sales process step by step. Michael made sure I was not rushed in selecting a new vehicle. Michael offered all suggestions and discounts that were available to me. Michael and Jen made sure that I left with the peace of mind with GAP insurance and an extended service contract. I also took advantage of the Cilajet ceramic coating to protect my new Chevrolet Trax inside and out. Michael even went out of his way to drive my new car to the rental place so that I can drop off the rental I was driving. I found my new dealership and will be a returning customer for sales and will bring my vehicle in for service. Lady at service desk was rude. When I asked about a loner car, she acted as though it was a big request, then she said they might have a sub compact car. I have a gmc yukon, i did not buy a sub compact because it doesnt suit my needs, therefore i should have a similar vehicle to what I bought to drive when mine is being worked on due to a recall. When we dropped the vehicle off for a recall, there was nothing wrong with it besides the airbag that was recalled. When the recall repair was completed, we were told the shift cable had broken and if we wanted it fixed it would need to be paid by me. Of course they said it wasn't their fault. So now I have to pay out of pocket to get something fixed that wasn't broken before they worked on it. I'm not impressed.

The dealership staff were super helpful and kind. I was able to drop off my car and they completed it by the time I needed my vehicle back as well as gave it a wash. I am very happy with the service I had here.

Inspection done in timely manner

Second time purchasing in about a year. Cale Wary makes the car buying process fun. He is a car guy and gets excited with me about the cars I buy. My wife and I have a wonderful time every time we get to finance with Jennifer Long. My wife hates buying cars with me as we do it more often then we should but I can tell Jen has been her favorite person to work with.

Had issues with the car that I could not drive it without unhooking the battery when I went anywhere and was told I’d have to wait a week for an appointment without be able to get a loaner vehicle or two weeks with the possibility of be able to get a loaner vehicle. We are paying for all the extra warranty and couldn’t get proper assistance with this. We had to rent a vehicle and was laughed at when asked about getting any reimbursement for the rental. The service manager didn’t even want to hear what the problem was with the vehicle in the first place, just said we can’t get it in for a week to two weeks. Very unprofessional.

I have a MAJOR oil leak.

After $800 and a couple of visits, nothing has been resolved on my '97 Chevy Suburban. All of the people I've dealt with have been been pleasant. Taking it back again ! Needless to say, I'm frustrated !

I came in before my 12:30 pm appointment on Wednesday gave the guy my car remote and went into the room to wait til my car was done.

The service I requested was expeditiously and thoroughly completed in a reasonable time frame.

Brought my truck(which was purchased used from lbg fairfield in 2023) in for issues with the power steering. After a 180.00 “diagnostic” it was determined i needed a new rack and pinion at a cost of 2,800.00. I requested a quote for aftermarket parts which i never received. When i dropped the truck off i had even mentioned about checking all of the electrical connections. Yesterday i had taken my truck to a different garage for an issue with the air con that they had worked on previously. I asked while they had on the lift to check about the power steering. They found a loose connection and fixed at no charge. I need my money back from the diagnostic check, which i assume was just plugging the computer in and no visual inspection. I would appreciate a response back so no further action is needed.

Everything was fantastic!!! We traveled 4 hours from Long Island and it was well worth it to purchase our 2026 Suburban. The sales person, Mike Vidal was fantastic. He was with us to the very end. From the trade in of our old suburban to the new. He got us everything we had asked for and more! The finance manager was equally as good! We will definitely continue to use Fairfield and Mike for our car needs!
