No customer service. Paper work wasn't done as promised. No drink offered while waiting. No Keychain with the key fobs..Took a week to get a missing key fob.

Got in at the scheduled time, no issues. All work done very well.

Took my car in Friday morning. Was to be done sometime Monday. I called Tuesday to check on the status of my car only to find out it wasn't even started! Was then asked if this was my daily driver! Purpose of making an appointment doesn't seem to be understood here.

Michael was very friendly and helpful. Computer and printer issues made the paperwork take a bit longer.

The actual service was good along with the gentlemen doing the work. The coupon sent was a little misleading. Didn't expect to pay that much in service. I'll do the service on my own vehicle from now on. It was an expensive reminder why I don't take my vehicles to a dealership for work.

Mike and Cody were outstanding, patient, & knowledgeable. I spent a lot of time researching before I made a decision to purchase a vehicle. Initially I was looking at 2 vehicles but consolidated my decision to one vehicle for now. There were some moments that there was a little miscommunication about the deal. However everything was explained to me transparently. Mike reviewed accessories for me and promptly ordered the floor liner package for my new Equinox. I am looking to purchase a truck and will seek Mike's assistance when I am ready. All of the staff were courteous.

Todd was my service advisor & did a wonderful job servicing my vehicle. Originally, my service was for an oil change, tire rotation and for accessory installation. Todd was kind enough to remind me that my state inspection expires in 2 months. He had some extra time to taylor it in my service visit. I of course said yes, saved me time from having to come back. Especially since I am preparing for a trip out of the area. The technician Trent was efficient and made sure my vehicle was ready before it left the dealership. Highly recommend the service department at this dealership.

Friendly and informative staff

I came looking for a truck I identified on your website. I was treated with kindness and courtesy. I was able to achieve a reasonable price and made a purchase. I expected to have buyers remorse but oddly I'm still happy I made the purchase.

Michael was fantastic, Cody the sales manager was also fantastic and informative. Michael even set us an appointment to have our new Equinox for a Ciliajet. Highly recommend this dealership and its' staff. Michael also invested his time to review all of the features and explain them clearly to us that we can understand.

Service Mgr. Todd and the Fairfield staff are always welcoming, courteous, and friendly. They do good work. No complaints at all except the labor rate on the service I had performed was high.

Service writer isn't very friendly or polite

I had ask for my TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR replaced or fixed. It was not. When I went in after work to pay for my bill and pick up my truck, there was a man and a women at the counter. I went to the women. The man had made a comment i won't repeat, and the women stuck up for me. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO FAIRFIELD CHEVY to purchase or repair another vehicle.

We took our car for inspection only to realize our paper work was no where to be found. Gwen and Todd were wonderful with helping us get new ones sent and copied. They went beyond their job descriptions. We are still thanking them.

This was my first inspection for my new car and it went smoothly.

Absolutely disgusted with the recent services I’ve been given dealing with the service department. Don’t listen to my issues. Just change parts that aren’t relevant to why it was there without contacting me and expecting me to pay, than after the 4th time there and pointing out the sound to the mechanic he’s like oh that sound. I plan to never do business with this franchise again

My appointment went very fast. They’re very nice people very clean place. Don’t have to wait long very nice considerate people.

Michael was fabulous. He was very responsive to my inquiries and immediately acted on my requests. I had two vehicles I was interested in, one which was at the Montgomery location. He took time out of his schedule and drove me to the location so that I could look at it. He made an appointment for the following morning so my husband could look at it. When we decided to purchase it, arrangements were made to apply the cilajet that day so we would not have to be inconvenienced with coming back. A few days after the purchase he checked in to see how we liked the vehicle and if we needed anything additional.

A wonderful experience start to finish! Friendly staff with a comfortable waiting area. The repairs to my vehicle were finished in a timely fashion.

I was under the impression that my one year service on my new Equinox included a free tire rotation; however, I was charged $25.00 for this albeit I did get the no charge state inspection.
